Welcome to Remember We Met (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Remember We Met.

  • By creating a profile or using calling cards, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • Membership is currently intended for women and those who align with our community values. We reserve the right to decline or remove profiles that do not reflect the purpose of this platform.

 

2. Membership & Profiles

  • Memberships include personal profile hosting that is viewable by anyone with the profile web address and, if applicable, calling cards.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your profile information accurate.

  • Profiles are view-limited (three views per recipient before locking) to encourage action, not endless browsing.

  • You may pause, hide, or deactivate your profile at any time through your account settings.

 

3. Calling Cards

  • Cards contain your first name, a dedicated number (Google Voice or other non-traceable number required), and a QR code linking to your profile.

  • Once shared, profile links can be forwarded by others. Please use discretion when distributing your card or link.

  • Additional card orders are available to members in good standing.

 

4. Appropriate Use

  • You agree to use Remember We Met only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to dating and intentional introductions.

  • You may not use the Services to harass, exploit, solicit, spam, or otherwise misuse another member.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

 

5. Community Guidelines

All members agree to honor our [Community Guidelines], which include:

  • Respect others and interact with kindness.

  • Protect privacy — never share another member’s information without permission.

  • Be your genuine self; misrepresentation and fake profiles are not permitted.

  • No harassment, unwanted pressure, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Connections should be intentional and authentic — no spamming or marketing.

 

6. Privacy & Data

  • Your profile and information are only accessible via your card or link; they are not public or searchable.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

7. Safety & Discretion

  • Remember We Met is built on trust and community values. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct of others. Please use discretion when sharing your card, profile, or personal information.

  • We recommend using a Google Voice or other non-traceable number for your safety.

  • If someone makes you uncomfortable, you may block or report them, and we will review and take appropriate action.

 

8. Payments & Renewals

  • Membership fees, card orders, and add-on services are billed at the rates listed on our site at the time of purchase.

  • Hosting memberships are time-limited (e.g., 3 months) and will deactivate unless renewed.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Remember We Met, including logos, designs, text, and branding, is our property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our permission.

  • You retain rights to the content you provide in your profile, but you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the Services.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Remember We Met is not responsible for the actions of members or third parties who may view or share your profile link.

  • We do not guarantee successful matches or outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remember We Met disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Services.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
